I always felt attracted to the Kettlebell, even back in my "old" days as a fitness instructor. . Problem back then was the philosophy of my employers. They didn't like the idea of Kettlebells, because of the dangers of working with free, swinging and explosive weights. . Thankfully times have changed and one of the advantages of being your own boss, is the possibility to incorporate whatever idea you like the most. . I'm working hard to improve my swing and hinge and there are still areas, where I need to work harder. . As routine gets more and more into play, I can feel my abs and glutes way better now. Knowing when to contract both of these muscle groups, is key for me. . Most beginners do not "feel" their bodies and cannot make out definite distinctions between diffrent body parts. . When learning the swing, I believe you need to have a strong awareness of your body's capabilities. . The last Snatch-Side-Swing variation is one I've seen here on insta. I tried it out and gave it my own twist. . Give this one a shot and see if it works your obliques and abs as much as it does mine. 😅💪

Ein Beitrag geteilt von Gregory Dzemaili (@gregory_dzemaili) am 14.
