I have good news and bad news.
Bad news first…
After months of work and detailed cost analysis, we’ve come to a tough but realistic decision…
Due to EU regulations, cross-border taxes, and high handling costs, it’s currently not feasible to launch Pro Kettlebell EU the way we originally planned.
Here’s why:
– EU countries charge VAT and taxes on inter-country sales unless it’s B2B.
– The handling, customs, and transport processes would make each bell too expensive.
– Shipping across multiple customs zones raises the risk of damage during transit.
– Returns and replacements would be a logistical mess.
– Our fulfilment partner’s cost structure simply makes it impossible to sell at a sustainable profit.
On top of that, our Lebe Stark gym expansion and ongoing growth have demanded every bit of our focus and time.
That said, we’re still committed to bringing Pro Kettlebell EU to life – but in a different way.
We’re now looking for serious partners who are ready to establish a local Pro Kettlebell presence in their country.
Here’s how it will work:
– Each country partner sets up their own shop and manages local logistics.
– Pro Kettlebell USA will forward leads and sales from that region to your store.
– Lebe Stark will continue to push Pro Kettlebell on all channels.
– Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 100 kettlebells.
Through our promotion link alone, we were able to sell $200K worth of kettlebells in the last 1.5 years.

I still have some piece of good news I’d like to share: we’re currently importing 400 kettlebells for Switzerland as the first batch of the LS X Pro Kettlebell Edition.
If all things go according to plan, Pro Kettlebell US will drop the LS X Pro Kettlebell worldwide as well in 2027.
