Moin aus dem Norden Deutschlands, liebes Lebestark-Team, ich hatte mich sehr über den Erwerb des Bundle-Kurs 90 gains of Kettlebell gefreut. Leider musste ich im Verlauf feststellen, dass ich der englischen Sprache nicht so mächtig bin wie erhofft, so dass ich lieber eine deutsche Version insbesondere von der Masterclass hätte haben wollen. Dies insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der Technikerläuterungen. Kurzerhand habe ich angefragt, ob ein Tausch möglich wäre. Gregory hat umgehend geantwortet und mir den Vorschlag auf ein deutschsprachiges Kurs-Bundle gemacht. Angeschaut, für super befunden und eine Stunde später war die Freischaltung des neuen Kurses bereits vollzogen. Das nenne ich mal Kundenfreundlichkeit!!! Vielen lieben Dank und ich freue mich sehr auf den Kurs, auf den Austausch mit euch und der Community. Weiter so und volle 5 Punkte!!! Liebe Grüße Tati

Lebestark kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Trainiere seit einigen Jahren regelmässig bei Angie und Gregory. Die beiden machen das hervorragend...höchst professionell, durchdacht, innovativ, abwechslungsreich und fokussiert. Immer wieder cool mit euch zu trainieren.

Lebe Stark kann man einfach nur empfehlen. Ich war am Anfang ein wenig skeptisch ob das Geld es wert sein wird. Ich bin nun seit knapp zwei Monaten dabei und was soll ich sagen: - Gregory ist ein super Personalcoach. Er lässt nicht locker und weiss genau, wie man jemanden motivieren muss. - ich fühle mich viel fitter als vor dem Start bei Lebe Stark - Meine Rückenschmerzen sind weg, seit ich mit Gregory zusammen trainiere hnd es sind auch schon ein paar Kilos runter. - Gregory sowie auch Angie gehen sehr auf dich als Kunde ein und geben dir wertvolle Tipps. - Es war nicht wenig Geld, aber ich bereue keinen Franken, den ich investierte und ich kann es jedem empfehlen. - LEBE STARK LOHNT SICH DEFINITIV

Started to follow along their workouts on YT over a year ago. I’m still on it. It’s lots of fun and Gregory explains and provides a ton of information and theory also. 💪🏽👍🏼

What can I sai? i started using kettlebells some months ago as I wanted to be back in shape and “prevent” aging since I am almost 43. I was not consistent as I couldn’t find a reliable training program online until I was lucky to find Lebe Stark online. My approach to training and to single exercises changed completely and I could understand some of my mistakes and that’s why I decide to subscribe an become a member (one of my wisest choice ever), but there was something still off. I was using iron cast kettlebells, but my feeling even during rack position was not comfortable enough so I decided to order a 24 KG emerald KB from le e Stark that I received this morning. I tried it and the feeling is so much better and the ballistic exercises are just different. I would recommend the product to anyone using kettlebells to train even though there is something negative (for me and not for LS). There was only one remaining in stock so I really look forward to receiving email to buy another one and those for my wife.
